Most Important
A responsible adult must supervise all activity the entire time any inflatable or piece of equipment is in use. You are responsible for providing that supervision for the full rental period. If at any point you can't supervise, turn off and unplug the equipment until you can.
Weather & Water
Know when to pause and when to play
- Stop use during rain or winds above 15 mph. If you see lightning, hear thunder, or feel strong wind — have everyone exit immediately. Don't allow re-entry until it fully clears.
- If you have a water inflatable, keep the hose at very low pressure. Turning it to full blast causes water to leak from the sides, can damage the equipment, and will turn your yard into a mud pit.
Who Can Ride & How Many
Capacity and health guidelines
- Every inflatable has a capacity chart posted near the entrance. Never exceed the max number of riders. It's there for a reason.
- Inflatables are physically demanding. Anyone with heart conditions, high blood pressure, back, neck, or joint problems, or other health concerns should not enter any inflatable.
- Group riders by age and size. Mixing toddlers with ten-year-olds in the same session is how kids get hurt. Rotate groups instead.
Before Anyone Gets In
What to remove, what to keep away
-
Remove shoes, necklaces, eyeglasses, jewelry, and anything sharp before entering. Have everyone empty their pockets. Nothing hot, sharp, or sticky should be near the inflatable.
Keep all food, drinks, candy, and wrappers outside the inflatable. And absolutely no glitter, face paint, or silly string on or near the unit.⚠️ A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if the inflatable contains glitter, face paint, silly string, or food residue.
While They're Bouncing
The rules that prevent injuries
- No flips, wrestling, or roughhousing. Anyone doing this should be asked to exit immediately.
- No sitting or lying down while others are jumping — a bouncing child can land on someone below them. On slides: one at a time, feet first only. No jumping down the slide surface.
- No running or jumping through the doorway. Don't jump on the entry step. Never climb on the outside of the inflatable or on the mesh netting.
Equipment & Blower Care
Keep everything running safely
- Don't move the inflatable once our crew has set it up. It's anchored for a reason.
- When nobody's using it, turn off the blower and unplug it. Overnight rentals: blowers must be off and unplugged — no exceptions.
- If stakes come loose or the inflatable starts deflating, calmly have everyone exit and call us right away at (513) 570-5383. Don't try to fix it yourself.
