📏 Will it fit?
Plan for at least the setup area (36' × 16'). Slightly shorter than the 40' version — great for tighter backyards. Gate/door clearance matters — if it's tight, tell us ahead of time and we'll help you plan it.
🔌 Power
Requires 2 outlets within reach. We provide extension cords — your outlets need to be within 100 feet of the setup location. Generator only needed if you don't have power available (parks, fields, etc.).

Bad weather? Zero stress. You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund as long as you let us know by the night before your event. Once we deliver and set up, there are no refunds — so we'll help you make the right call before delivery.

🕒 When will you arrive?

We offer flexible delivery windows. We'll contact you 24–48 hours prior to confirm. For no additional charge, choose our Anytime option (a 24-hour delivery window) — you do not need to be present if you tell us exactly where to set up. Prefer a tighter window? Choose a 2–4 hour window for +$35 or a 60-minute window for +$75.

❓ Common questions

What's the difference between Part A, B, and C?
Each part is a standalone obstacle course that's great on its own. But they're designed to connect together — rent two or all three to create an epic mega course for big events like field days, school carnivals, or church picnics!
What if the weather is bad?
We have a Zero-Risk Weather Policy. You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund as long as you let us know by the night before your event. Once we deliver and set up, there are no refunds.
How long is the rental?
Base price includes up to 6 hours. You can add time: 7–10 hours (+10%), Overnight (+20%), or Weekend (+50%) when you choose your date.
How many kids can use it at once?
We recommend 2–4 kids at a time racing through. Because it's an obstacle course (not a bounce house), kids move through quickly — you'll get much higher throughput than a standard bounce house, which means less waiting and more action.
What ages is this good for?
This obstacle course works great for ages 4 and up. Older kids and teens love the competitive racing aspect, and we've even seen adults get in on the action at corporate picnics and church events!
Do you deliver, set up, and take it down?
Yes — we handle delivery, setup, and takedown. Our crew will confirm placement, anchor properly, and walk you through any quick notes.
What do I need to provide?
A clear setup area (36' × 16' minimum) and two working power outlets within 100 feet. Please make sure the area is free of debris, sticks, and animal waste.
When will you arrive?
