Our Zero-Risk Weather & Cancellation Policy
We know Cincinnati weather can be unpredictable. That's why we make cancellations and reschedules as painless as possible — your deposit is never at risk because of rain.
Zero-Risk Weather Policy
If bad weather is in the forecast for your event, you have two options — reschedule to a new date or cancel for a full refund. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
Just let us know by the night before your event (at least 24 hours in advance) so we can adjust our delivery schedule and open the slot for another family.
If weather changes unexpectedly on the day of your event, call us at (513) 570-5383 and we'll work with you. We've been doing this since 2016 — we know how Cincinnati weather works, and we'll always do right by you.
Weather Policy at a Glance
Inflatables and high winds don't mix. For the safety of every child at your event, we follow strict wind guidelines set by our equipment manufacturers.
If we can't set up due to wind, our zero-risk weather policy applies — you get a full refund or a free reschedule. We'd rather disappoint you for a day than put anyone's safety at risk.
Plans change — we get it. Here's how cancellations and modifications work outside of weather situations:
- Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: Full refund of your deposit. No questions asked.
- Reschedules: Free to reschedule to any available date. Your deposit transfers to the new date.
- Same-day cancellations (non-weather): If our crew is already en route or has begun setup, the deposit may not be refundable. We'll always try to work with you.
- Changes to your order: Need to swap a bounce house for a combo or add a concession machine? No problem — just call or text us and we'll adjust your order. Changes are subject to availability.
- Deposit: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and equipment.
- Balance: The remaining balance is due before your event. We'll send a text reminder the day before so there are no surprises.
- Refunds: Weather-related refunds and cancellations with 24+ hours' notice are processed back to your original payment method.
We keep it simple because party planning should be the fun part — not the stressful part.
