Not at all. Both machines are plug-and-play — just plug into a standard household outlet, let the machine warm up (cotton candy) or load with ice (snow cone), and you're good to go. Any adult can operate them and we include simple instructions with every rental.

Each floss sugar kit makes approximately 25–30 cotton candy cones, and each snow cone syrup kit comes with 50 cups and enough syrup for 50 servings. For parties over 30 kids, we recommend grabbing two kits to be safe.

Yes! While most customers add concession machines to a bounce house or water slide rental, you can absolutely rent them on their own. They're great for school carnivals, church festivals, office parties, and neighborhood block parties.

Yes — you'll need to supply your own ice. Standard bags of ice from the grocery store or gas station work perfectly. The machine shaves it down into fluffy snow cone ice. We recommend having 2–3 bags on hand depending on your party size.
