What's the misting system?
It's a built-in set of mist nozzles along the slide that spray a fine water mist the whole time the slide is running.
It keeps kids cool on the climb up, adds to the visual effect, and means the slide surface stays slick and fast.
Nothing for you to set up — we connect it to your spigot when we install.
What if the weather is bad?
We have a Zero-Risk Weather Policy. You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund as long as you let us know by the night before your event.

How long is the rental?
Base price includes up to 6 hours. You can add time: 7–10 hours (+10%), Overnight (+20%), or Weekend (+50%) when you choose your date.

Yes — our trained crew handles professional installation and takedown. We'll confirm placement, anchor properly, connect the water hose to the misting system, and share any quick notes before we leave.

How does the landing zone work?
The landing zone is an inflated, cushioned pool at the bottom of the slide — shallow by design for safety, with built-in drains
that keep the water at a safe, consistent level the whole rental. It's a soft, splashy landing rather than a deep plunge.
As with any inflatable, we recommend an adult supervising at all times and riders going one at a time per lane.
