    📏 Will it fit?
    Plan for at least the setup area (30' × 16') plus 16 feet of overhead clearance (watch out for low branches and power lines) and a clear path to the spot. If gate/door clearance is tight, tell us ahead of time and we'll help you plan it.
    🔌 Power
    Requires 1 outlet within reach. We provide an extension cord — your outlet needs to be within 100 feet of the setup location. Generator is only needed if you don't have power available (or for certain large events).
    💧 Water (required)
    You'll need a standard spigot/water source within reach. We include a 50-foot water hose and show you exactly what to do. Water runs the whole rental — no extra buckets or fill-ups needed.

    We offer flexible delivery windows. We'll contact you 24–48 hours prior to confirm. For no additional charge, choose our Anytime option (a 24-hour window) — you do not need to be present if you tell us exactly where to set up. Prefer a tighter window? Choose a 2–4 hour window for +$35 or a 60-minute window for +$75.

    Is the landing pool deep? Is it safe for younger kids?
    The landing pool is an inflated, cushioned pool — shallow by design for safety. It's a soft, splashy landing rather than a deep plunge. As with any inflatable, we recommend an adult supervising at all times, and that riders go one at a time per lane.
    Do you charge a delivery fee?
    We serve Cincinnati and surrounding areas. A delivery fee may apply for some zip codes (and some areas are free). You'll see any applicable fees during checkout.
