📏 Will it fit?

Plan for at least the setup area (26' × 17') with about 16' of overhead clearance (mind low branches and power lines). You'll also want a clear path to the spot — gate/door clearance matters, so if it's tight, tell us ahead and we'll help you plan it.

🔌 Power

Requires 1 outlet within reach. We provide the extension cord — your outlet needs to be within 100 feet of the setup location. Generator is only needed if you don't have power available (or for certain large events).

🟢 Surface

Sets up on grass (we stake), or on driveways, patios, turf, and indoor gym floors (we sandbag). Just tell us your surface when you book so our crew arrives ready.

We offer flexible delivery windows and will contact you 24–48 hours prior to confirm. For no additional charge, choose our Anytime option (a 24-hour delivery window) — you do not need to be present if you tell us exactly where to set up. Prefer a tighter window? Choose a 2–4 hour window for +$35 or a 60-minute window for +$75.

Quick note on supplies: Concession machine rentals do not include consumable supplies by default (flavors/sugar, cones, bags, etc.). You can add supplies during checkout so you're not stuck running to the store last minute.

❓ Common questions

Is this one wet or dry?

This one is dry only — no water hookup, no splash. That makes it great year-round and indoors. Want a water option for summer? Check out our Water Slide Combos.

What if the weather is bad?

We have a Zero-Risk Weather Policy. You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund as long as you let us know by the night before your event. Once we deliver and set up, there are no refunds.

How long is the rental?

Base price includes up to 6 hours. You can add time: 7–10 hours (+10%), Overnight (+20%), or Weekend (+50%) when you choose your date.

Is it clean and safe?

Always. Every inflatable is vacuumed, wiped with Lysol, misted with OdoBan hospital-grade sanitizer, and inspected before it leaves our warehouse. The unit has finger-safe netting, an enclosed top for shade, and a marked emergency exit. We're fully insured, and a COI is available on request.

Do you deliver, set up, and take it down?

Yes — we handle delivery, setup, and takedown. Our crew will confirm placement, anchor properly, and walk you through any quick notes.
