Plan for at least the setup area (24' × 26' × 12') plus a clear path to the spot. If gate/door clearance is tight, tell us ahead of time and we'll help you plan it.

Requires 1 standard 110v outlet within reach. We provide an extension cord — your outlet needs to be within 100 feet of the setup location. Generator is only needed if you don't have power available (or for certain large events).

🕒 When will you arrive?

We offer flexible delivery windows. We'll contact you 24–48 hours prior to confirm. For no additional charge, choose our Anytime option (a 24-hour window) — you do not need to be present if you tell us exactly where to set up. Prefer a tighter window? Choose a 2–4 hour window for +$35 or a 60-minute window for +$75.

What ages is this best for?

The Haunted Hideout is designed for ages 2–8. The enclosed play area, mini slide, and friendly pop-up characters are sized and themed perfectly for younger kids. Older kids will have more fun with our bigger Halloween inflatables like the Jumpin' Jack-O'-Lantern or Monster Mash Obstacle Course.

Is it actually scary?

Not at all! The artwork features silly-not-scary ghosts, monsters, and haunted house details. It's colorful, vibrant, and designed to be fun for little ones — not frightening.
