📏 Will it fit?

You’ll want a clear setup area of 32' × 19' × 17' (flat is best). Also make sure we’ve got a clean path to the setup spot — gate/door clearance matters.

🔌 Power

Requires 1 outlet within reach. We provide an extension cord — your outlet needs to be within 100 feet of the setup location. Generator is only needed if you don’t have power available (or for certain large events).

💧 Water (if Wet)

Going WET? You’ll need a standard spigot/water source. We’ll connect the hose and show you what to do. Pro tip: wet mode + snow cones = instant beach party.

We offer flexible delivery windows. We’ll contact you 24–48 hours prior to confirm. For no additional charge, choose our Anytime option (a 24-hour window) — you do not need to be present if you tell us exactly where to set up. Prefer a tighter window? Choose a 2–4 hour window for +$35 or a 60-minute window for +$75.
