How long is the rental?
Base price includes up to 6 hours. You can extend: 7–10 hours (+10%), Overnight (+20%), or Weekend (+50%) — select your option when you choose your date.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
We serve Cincinnati and the surrounding area. A delivery fee may apply depending on your zip code — you'll see any applicable fees clearly before you complete your booking.
What if the weather is bad?
Our Zero-Risk Weather Policy lets you reschedule or cancel for a full refund as long as you notify us by the night before your event. Once we've installed and your event has started, there are no refunds.
